Sayed Abdelhafiz, the club’s director of football, stated that Al Ahly’s Egyptian international players will return back to the team’s training sessions on Wednesday.
Abdelhafiz added that Pitso Mosimane, Al Ahly’s head coach, planned out a special recovery program for our Egyptian international players.
On a similar note, the following players were part of the Egyptian national team’s squad in Egypt’s last two games in the qualifications for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations: Mohamed El Shenawy, Yasser Ibrahim, Mohamed Hany, Amr El Soulia, Mohamed Magdy Afsha, and Mohamed Sherif.
