Al Ahly’s football first team trained at the gym on Thursday night in Gezira as part of their preparations for the new season.
The Reds will have a 24-hour rest on Friday and then resume their pre-season program on Saturday.
On a similar note, the Red Eagles achieved an impressive 5-1 win over Petrojet in a friendly game which was held on Wednesday.
