Delta Capital Real Estate Development, chaired by engineer Abdel Hady Hegazi, has announced that only one week remains before subscriptions for the first phase of membership at Al Ahly’s New Mansoura branch close.
The project is being developed in cooperation with Nations of Sky.
The subscription period ends on 15 November.
Spanning 40 feddans, the new Al Ahly branch in New Mansoura will feature a comprehensive range of sports, social and service facilities.
These will include a main social building, an administrative building, two swimming pool complexes, four football pitches, four courts each for basketball, volleyball and handball, as well as tennis courts, a gymnasium and dedicated facilities for youth teams and sports academies.
The development will also feature a water park, a children's entertainment area, restaurants and cafés, retail and service outlets, landscaped green spaces and parking facilities.
The project is designed to provide an integrated sporting and social environment that meets the needs of club members and their families.
