Michael Thompson, Al Ahly’s basketball player, expressed his happiness after winning his second title with Al Ahly. 

Our men’s basketball team was crowned champions of the Arab Club Basketball Championship on Saturday after defeating Kuwait SC 78-66 in the final. 

Following the game, Thompson revealed his thoughts after winning the title and reflected on the team’s journey throughout the competition. 

“We fully deserved to win the title, especially after facing a lot of difficult opponents throughout the tournament.”

“Moving on, I believe that winning two titles at the start of the season will further motivate us to continue winning more trophies in the future.”

The Red Eagles were able to win the competition in style, as we were able to win all of our games in the tournament.
