Hussien El Shahat, Al Ahly’s player, expressed his thoughts about having the opportunity to be participating his for the second consecutive time in the FIFA Club World Cup as Al Ahly player. 

In an exclusive interview with us, El Shahat talked about the importance of the FIFA Club World Cup to him as a player and the team’s ambitions going into the competition.

“I am looking forward to putting on a strong performance. This will be my second participation in the FIFA Club World Cup with Al Ahly, and the third time in my career.”

“It will be a tough competition, but we want to accomplish a bigger achievement this year. It is a prestigious competition that includes seven big teams, each representing their continent, which makes it receive great attention.”

“We seek to win the title or accomplish a greater achievement than winning two bronze medals. We are facing several tough challenges, but we aim to meet the club’s high expectations and to make our fans happy.”
