Mohamed El Shenawy, our captain, expressed his happiness to feature in the fifth CAF Champions League final in a row. 

El Shenawy admitted that it will be a tough final against one of the best teams in the continent but he believes in the Red Eagles' ability to be the better team over the two legs and clinch the title.

"We've made it to the CAF Champions League final for the fifth time in a row, but what is important now is to complete our mission and win the title.  We have much respect for Esperance. It is a big team with a huge fan base in Tunisia," 

"The game against Esperance will be difficult for the two teams, but we are well-prepared. We are used to this kind of pressure, and we'll put all our efforts to achieve a positive result here before the second leg in Cairo."
