Abdelhafiz Thanks the Players for their Efforts 

Sayed Abdelhafiz, Al Ahly’s director of football, spoke after winning the bronze medal of the FIFA Club World Cup for the second consecutive season with Al Ahly.

In his post-match interview, Abdelhafiz thanked the players for their impressive performance during today’s game and talked about what it means for the team to win the bronze medal.

“I would like to thank the players for their impressive performance during today’s game. We faced a great team like Al Hilal with a huge history. However, our players showed great determination to win the bronze medal since the first minute.”

“Also, I would like to thank the fans for their support and belief in the team. They have always been there for us.”

“We came here to Abu Dhabi having several absences. There was a period of uncertainty before the start of the competition because we had several players in the Africa Cup of Nations. We knew that we had to sacrifice if we want to win a medal and thanks God, we were able to do so.”
