Al Ahly’s first-team medical staff, headed by Dr. Ahmed Gaballah, revealed that Mohamed Magdi Afsha has complained of minor pain in his calf muscle.
Gaballah added that the technical staff opted to substitute the midfielder at halftime as a precautionary measure to prevent the injury from worsening.
