Al Ahly's senior football team squad departed Cairo on Thursday for Spain to begin their pre-season training camp ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.
The delegation is headed by club board member Tarek Kandil.
The Spanish camp will run until 20 August as the record African champions step up preparations for the new season.
The camp is expected to focus on improving the players' fitness and tactical readiness before the start of the new season competitions.
