Al Ahly international players are set to return to Cairo before heading to Abu Dhabi after finishing their international duty with Egypt national football team in the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
Our players will start their journey to the UAE from Cairo International Airport to join their teammates who are currently participating in the FIFA Club World Cup.
Mahmoud El Khatib, Al Ahly president, made several attempts to provide our players with a private plane in Cameron to bring them directly to Abu Dhabi. However, the club could not send the private plane as the procedures will take more time than expected.
