Al Ahly first-team football squad has departed Cairo International Airport en route to the UAE to take part in the Egyptian Super Cup.
Head coach Jess Thorup has included all players listed in the official squad, with the full team traveling, including those currently undergoing rehabilitation and fitness programs.
Al Ahly are set to face Ceramica Cleopatra in Thursday's semi-final.
The most successful club in Egyptian Super Cup history, with 15 titles, Al Ahly will look to further cement their dominance by adding another trophy to their collection in this year’s tournament.
