The draw for the first and second preliminary rounds of the 2026/27 CAF Confederation Cup has pitted Al Ahly against the winner of the first-round tie between Somalia's Muqdisho FC and Uganda's Kitara FC in the second preliminary round.
The Red Eagles, who received a bye to the second preliminary round, will play the first leg away from home on either 16, 17 or 18 October, with the return leg in Cairo scheduled for 23, 24 or 25 October.
Al Ahly, Africa's record 12-time champions, have won the CAF Confederation Cup once, in 2014.
