Ahmed Abu Abla, head of the team’s medical staff, announced that Al Ahly’s football first team delegation tested negative for COVID-19 ahead of their trip to South Africa.
The Red Eagles will travel to South Africa in the early hours of Wednesday to start their preparations to face Mamelodi Sundowns in the fourth fixture of the CAF Champions League group stage.
