Ayman Ashraf, Al Ahly’s football first-team defender, started running around the pitch on Sunday on the sidelines of the team’s training session at El Tetsh Stadium.
Ashraf carried out a fitness session at the gym before heading out the field, where he continued his recovery program to recover from his knee injury.
On a similar note, Al Ahly’s football first-team players gathered today at El Tetsh Stadium to start their preparations for Tuesday’s league game against Pharco FC.
