Ahmed Abu Abla, Al Ahly’s football first-team doctor, stated that the medical tests which Amr El Soulia, Al Ahly’s midfielder, underwent revealed that he suffers from a calf-muscle injury that will force him to be out for at least three weeks.
The team’s doctor added that El Soulia began his recovery program, under the supervision of the team’s medical staff, and received a plasma injection.
Al Ahly’s midfielder was injured minutes before Wednesday’s game against Raja Casablanca in the CAF Super Cup.
