Sami Komsan, Al Ahly’s assistant coach, spoke about our 2-0 victory over Al Mokawloon Al Arab SC in the Egyptian Premier League at Petrosport Stadium. 

“It was a difficult match. We expected a tough match from Al Mokawloon, as they are not in a good condition in the league.”
 
“We had the upper hand in the second half, thanks to the substitutions that we made, which boosted our attacking line.” 

“I would like to thank the players for their performance today, but we have to keep going as we still have plenty of games to play.”

Komsan concluded by saying that the team is currently focusing on Sunday’s game against Misr Lel Makkasa SC, then they will start preparing for the CAF Champions League final, which is scheduled on 17 July.
