Medical Check-ups for Al Ahly’s Duo

Ahmed Abu Abla, Al Ahly’s football first-team doctor, stated that Al Ahly’s duo: Hamdy Fathy and Hussein El Shahat will undergo medical check-ups after suffering from minor injuries following Al Ahly’s 3-0 victory over Pyramids F.C. in the league.

Abu Abla added that Fathy felt pain in his hamstring after the game, while El Shahat complained from a calf muscle injury.

On a similar note, Al Ahly’s football first team traveled to Johannesburg on Wednesday after our game against Pyramids in the league to start their preparations for the team’s next game against Mamelodi Sundowns.

The Red Eagles are set to face Mamelodi Sundowns in the fourth fixture of the CAF Champions League group stage on Saturday at FNB Stadium.
