Rabia: We Are Ready

Ramy Rabia, Al Ahly’s football first-team defender, spoke ahead of our game against Palmeiras of Brazil in the semi-finals of the FIFA Club World Cup on Monday.

In the pre-match press conference, Rabia talked about the team’s preparations for the game and their ambitions ahead of Tuesday’s encounter.

“We have to be fully concentrated during tomorrow’s game. Both teams have great motives especially that we faced each other last year in the same competition and we were able to win.”

“Coach Mosimane prepared us very well ahead of the game and explained to us everything related to the opponent. We are ready for the game and I believe that we have what it takes to qualify to the final.”

“We are confident that our fans will provide great support during tomorrow’s game. They gave us an extra push and we try to do our best to please them."
