Percy Tau, Al Ahly forward, performed several recovery drills on the sidelines of Wednesday’s training session.
Ahmed Abu Abla, the team’s doctor, stated that Tau will stay in Cairo to continue his recovery program to recover from his quadriceps muscle injury.
The Red Eagles are set to fly to Sudan today to face Al Hilal on Friday in Matchday 2 of the CAF Champions League group stage.
