Al Ahly football director Walid Salah Eldin praised his players’ commitment and discipline after their 1-0 victory over Ceramica Cleopatra in the Egyptian Premier League on Friday.
“I appreciate the commitment of all the players and the focus within the squad,” Salah Eldin said.
“Such discipline reflects Al Ahly’s ability to handle pressure and continue achieving victories, a habit long associated with the club’s history,” he added.
He thanked the players for their efforts and voiced full confidence in their ability to cope with pressure.
“They are all big stars who know how to deal with challenges through concentration and hard work,” Salah Eldin added.
Mahmoud Hassan “Trezeguet” scored the only goal at Cairo International Stadium as Al Ahly dominated possession but wasted several chances in the seventh-round fixture.
