Al Ahly’s doctor, Ahmed Gaballah, revealed that winger Ahmed Sayed “Zizo” sustained a thigh muscle injury that forced the coaching staff to substitute him during the match against Enppi.
“The player will undergo medical tests on Monday to determine the extent of the injury,” Gaballah said.
