Hamdi Meddeb, Esperance’s president, showed up at the pitch of Hammadi Agrabi Olympic Stadium following the riots that erupted between the Tunisian police and Esperance fans.
Al Ahly players and the game’s officials have left during the warm-up as they were not able to breathe after the Tunisian Police fired gas bombs to control the situation.
