Ammar Hamdy, Al Ahly’s football first team midfielder, started his recovery program on Friday at the team’s residency in Abu Dhabi.

Al Ahly’s midfielder, Hamdy, had a physiotherapy session on Friday before traveling to undergo surgery in his ACL.

Hamdy will miss the FIFA Club World Cup after tearing his ACL in the team’s training sessions on Thursday ahead of our game against C.F. Monterrey in the preliminary round of the competition.
