Marcel Koller, our head coach, spoke to the media today in the pre-match press conference regarding the upcoming game against CR Belouzidad.

Koller confirmed that the Red Eagles are ready for the game and the players don't suffer from any difficulties on the physical side, pointing out that the international players who played strong games in the African Cup of Nations participated in group training with the team after completing their international duty. 

Koller also said that Al Ahly's list is full of players with great experience who are good at dealing with all these pressures. 

“We played at home against CR Belouizdad, and we know that it is a strong team, facing them will be difficult, especially since the Algerian team is playing at home and will have massive support,"‏

The head coach also stated that he has confidence in his players, especially since everyone participates with the team, adding that absences and injuries are possible and is part of the game.
