Al Ahly delegation visits Germany to discuss strategic cooperation with RB Leipzig

An Al Ahly delegation traveled to Germany on Thursday to explore potential cooperation with Bundesliga side RB Leipzig.

The delegation, representing both Al Ahly SC and Al Ahly Football Company, includes Eng. Khaled Mortagy, the club’s treasurer, and Nayera Ali, Chief Executive Officer of the company.

The visit features meetings at RB Leipzig’s headquarters to discuss mechanisms for future collaboration between the two clubs.

During the visit, the Al Ahly delegation will meet with Leipzig executives to explore areas of cooperation aimed at enhancing technical development, particularly in the youth sector, as well as coach development, talent identification, sponsorship, and skills development.

This official visit comes as part of a mutual desire between the two institutions - Al Ahly, represented by its football company, and RB Leipzig - to establish a joint framework that serves the objectives of both parties.

It also aligns with Al Ahly Football Company’s strategy to open new horizons of cooperation with leading global football institutions.
