Al Ahly have completed the signing of Ahmed Awad from Smouha to bolster the men’s handball squad ahead of a busy competition schedule.
“Awad signed the contract after finalising all administrative procedures at the club’s headquarters,” said Khaled Al-Awadi, Al Ahly’s director of sporting activities.
“He will be a valuable addition to the team, thanks to his outstanding performances,” he added.
Al Ahly’s men’s handball team is aiming for success across domestic and continental competitions this season, in addition to participating in the IHF Men’s Club World Championship.
