Al Ahly women’s first-handball team clinched the Egypt Cup title after defeating Al Shams 32-21.
The final was held at the Dr. Hassan Moustafa Sports Hall complex, where the Red Devils delivered a dominant performance.
Al Ahly took control early, ending the first half with a 12-8 lead.
Al Ahly maintained its superiority in the second half, extending the score to 30–21 before finishing 32-21.
The victory was driven by a solid defensive line and fast-break transitions under head coach Mohamed Adel, securing a well-deserved title.
Al Ahly booked their place in the final after defeating Sporting 30-22 in the semifinals.
