Akram Tawfik, Al Ahly’s midfielder, participated in the team’s training session on Wednesday in Tunisia at a training field that is next to Hammadi Agrebi Olympic Stadium in Rades.
Tawfik, who suffered a leg bruise during Tuesday’s session, underwent a medical check-up ahead of today’s training, which confirmed that he is fit to participate against Tunisia’s Esperance.
The Red Eagles are set to face Esperance on Saturday at 6:00 PM in the first leg of the CAF Champions League semi-finals.
