Al Ahly have named Brazilian Paulo Milagres as the new head coach of the Women’s Volleyball team ahead of the upcoming season.
Milagres, who brings extensive experience to the role, is no stranger to African volleyball as he has previously coached the Cameroon and Rwanda national teams.
At the club level, Milagres has managed teams in Brazil, Poland, Romania, and most recently in Peru.
He most notably led Alianza Lima to secure a historic qualification for the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Women’s Club World Championship.
