Al Ahly’s women’s volleyball team secured the Egyptian Super Cup title on Tuesday with a 3-1 victory over rivals Zamalek SC in the final round-robin match.
The Red Eagles dominated the encounter at the Hassan Mostafa Sports Hall to claim their fourth consecutive Super Cup trophy.
Al Ahly established an early lead, taking the first two sets with identical 25-20 scores behind disciplined net blocking and aggressive service.
Zamalek mounted a brief comeback to take the third set 25-23, but Al Ahly regained composure in the fourth, closing out the match 25-19 to ensure the title remained with the defending champions.
