Al Ahly women’s handball team head coach, Yehia Youssef expressed his happiness after winning the Egyptian Cup title. 

Coach Youssef revealed his thoughts about today’s victory, as we managed to defeat Zamalek SC 27-20 in the final. 

“We deserved to win the Egyptian Cup title, as the team showed a heroic performance throughout the competition.” 

“Winning the Egyptian Cup title will motivate us to win the Egyptian League and secure the domestic double. We eye achieving the league’s title and the players promised to do all their best in order to win the precious title.” 

“I would like to thank our club’s board, headed by the club’s president Mahmoud El Khatib, who is always keen to support the team to be always on the winning podium.” 

“Also, I would like to thank Al Ahly fans for their constant support.”
