Al Ahly SC will host the opening ceremony of the 29th Women’s Basketball League Africa (WBLA) on Friday, launching the tournament that runs from 4 to 15 December.

Khaled El Awady, director of the 29th Women’s Basketball League Africa (WBLA), met with a FIBA Africa delegation as part of final preparations for Al Ahly’s hosting of the tournament, which starts on Friday.

Al Ahly’s Gezira headquarters will host the draw ceremony for the 29th Women’s Basketball League Africa (WBLA) on Thursday, ahead of the tournament scheduled for 4 to 15 December.
