Al Ahly begin preparations for Egypt Cup clash against El Sekka El Hadid

Al Ahly’s first-team football squad held a training session on Tuesday morning at the club’s Mokhtar El Tetsh Stadium as preparations began for their upcoming clash against El Sekka El Hadid.

The two sides are scheduled to meet on Saturday evening at Cairo International Stadium in the Round of 32 of the Egypt Cup.

Head coach Hussein Ammouta addressed the players on the pitch ahead of the session, delivering a tactical briefing focused on the technical and strategic aspects of the upcoming encounter.

Players who featured in Monday’s match against Arab Contractors underwent recovery sessions to ease fatigue, while the rest of the squad took part in an intensive physical workout followed by ball-training drills. According to the team’s training schedule,

THe Red Eagles will have a day off on Wednesday before returning to training on Thursday to continue their preparations for the El Sekka El Hadid fixture.
