Al Ahly secured a spot in the CAF Champions League quarter-finals after a 2-2 draw against Al Merrikh SC of Sudan on Saturday at Al Hilal Stadium.

Al Ahly reached 8 points after five matches and we managed to book the second qualifying ticket to the quarter-finals, whatever the result of our game in the last round against Simba SC at home.
