Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla, Al Ahly’s head of medical staff, stated that Hamdy Fathy, our defender, is ready for the game against RS Berkane of Morocco in the CAF Super Cup on Friday.
Dr. Abu Abla added that the player underwent a scan, which confirmed that the player is fully fit and he is ready to return back to action.
Fathy has been participating in the team’s training session before the trip to South Africa.
The Red Eagles are set to face RS Berkane on Friday in the CAF Super Cup at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium.
